1. Introductory provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the operator Pukoře, s.r.o. (the "operator") and the guest who books accommodation at Kemp Černá Louže through the website https://kempcernalouze.cz or by telephone.
1.2. A reservation is binding immediately upon submission of the reservation form. We do not collect any deposit in advance — the guest pays the full accommodation price on arrival (see Article 3).
1.3. These Terms form an integral part of every reservation. By submitting the reservation form, the guest confirms that they have read and agree to them.
2. Subject of the contract
2.1. The subject of the contract is short-term accommodation in one of the campsite's accommodation types:
| Type | Capacity | Price per night |
|---|---|---|
| Cabin with private bathroom (Cabins 1–6) | 4 persons | CZK 1,700 / cabin |
| Cabin without private bathroom (Cabins 7–12) | 5 persons | CZK 1,300 / cabin |
| Caravan / motorhome pitch (Caravan 1–4) | 6 persons | CZK 700 / pitch |
| Tent meadow | max. 10 tents in total | CZK 150 / tent |
The tent price is per tent pitch, regardless of the number of people.
Additional fees (charged on top of the accommodation price where applicable):
- Dog: CZK 70 per night
- Per-person surcharge for tents: CZK 100 per person per night (on top of the tent pitch price)
- Passenger car at a caravan pitch: CZK 400 per night (parking is free for the other accommodation types)
The total price including additional fees is shown to the guest in the reservation form before the reservation is submitted.
2.2. Single-night surcharge: a one-night cabin reservation costs CZK 300 more. The surcharge applies to cabins only — it does not apply to caravan pitches or tents. No surcharge applies to multi-night stays.
2.3. Prices include:
- Accommodation for the entire length of the stay
- Access to shared facilities (outdoor kitchen, sanitary facilities, fire pit, children's playground, sports equipment)
- Parking on the premises
2.4. Prices do not include:
- The local stay fee (poplatek z pobytu, collected at the reception according to the municipality's current rate under Act No. 565/1990 Coll. on local fees)
- Energy consumption above the usual level (e.g. own electric heating in a cabin)
- Any damage to equipment (see Article 7)
3. Payment
3.1. We do not collect any deposit in advance. The reservation is confirmed immediately upon submission of the form, and the guest pays the full accommodation price on arrival.
3.2. Payment on arrival: payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer on site. Card payments will be available in the future.
3.3. The price including any additional fees is shown to the guest in the reservation form before submitting and in the confirmation e-mail.
3.4. A tax document (invoice) is issued to the guest on request and sent by e-mail.
4. Cancellation and change of dates
4.1. Cancellation is free and possible at any time. As we collect no deposit, the guest pays nothing to cancel and nothing is refunded (nothing is paid in advance). Self-service cancellation via the link in the confirmation e-mail is available until 2 p.m. on the day of arrival; after that, simply call or e-mail us. We only ask that you let us know as early as possible so we can offer the spot to other guests.
4.2. A change of dates within the current season is possible by agreement with the operator (contact by e-mail or phone), within the same capacity category and subject to availability.
4.3. Cancellation by the operator: the operator may, in exceptional cases, cancel a reservation for reasons of extraordinary circumstances (e.g. natural disaster, technical failure, serious illness) and will offer the guest an alternative date or other accommodation where possible. As nothing is paid in advance, no claim to a refund arises.
4.4. Withdrawal from a distance contract: Accommodation is provided on a pre-agreed date, and therefore, pursuant to Section 1837(j) of the Civil Code, the consumer's statutory 14-day right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason does not apply to the reservation.
5. Rules of stay
5.1. Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Earlier check-in is possible by prior arrangement.
5.2. Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Later check-out is possible by prior arrangement (a fee may apply).
5.3. Quiet hours: from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No loud activities (music, parties) during this time.
5.4. Fire pit and grill: available in safe weather conditions. Open fire only in the designated area. When a fire ban is in force (drought), fire is prohibited.
5.5. Pets: welcome by prior arrangement, dogs on a leash; the guest is responsible for cleaning up after them and for their behaviour towards other guests.
5.6. Smoking: prohibited inside the cabins and central buildings, permitted outdoors at a sufficient distance from windows.
5.7. Children: the accompanying adult is responsible for them at all times. The playground and sports equipment are not supervised by the operator — please use them with regard to children's safety.
6. Complaints
6.1. The guest reports any shortcomings of the accommodation to the operator immediately upon discovery (in person, by phone or by e-mail), so that the operator has the opportunity to remedy them.
6.2. Complaints reported only after the end of the stay cannot be assessed and handled.
7. Damage and liability
7.1. The guest is liable for damage to the accommodation unit and equipment caused by themselves, by accompanying persons or by pets.
7.2. The amount of damage is determined by the operator according to the actual cost of repair or replacement.
7.3. The operator is not liable for items left in a vehicle or outside a locked cabin. We recommend keeping valuables in your own custody.
7.4. The operator is liable for damage in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Civil Code. The guest must observe the safety instructions and rules of stay; the operator is not liable for injuries or damage arising from a breach of these instructions, risky behaviour or carelessness on the part of the guest or accompanying persons.
8. Protection of personal data
8.1. The rules for processing guests' personal data are governed by a separate document, the "Privacy Policy" (/en/privacy).
8.2. The operator handles the reporting of foreign guests to the Czech Police under Act No. 326/1999 Coll. itself — the guest only presents an identity document for inspection on arrival.
9. Final provisions
9.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations created from the date they take effect.
9.2. The operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. For reservations already created, the Terms in effect at the time of the reservation apply.
9.3. Matters not governed by these Terms are subject to Czech law, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll. (the Civil Code) and Act No. 634/1992 Coll. (on Consumer Protection).
9.4. Any disputes are settled primarily by agreement. In the event of disagreement, the guest, as a consumer, is entitled to turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
